Bridge (noun) – a time, place, or means of connection or transition;
Bridge (noun) – something that joins or connects different people or things;
Bridge (verb) the divisions between the two groups;
Bridge (verb) the generation gap.
Bridge Fellowship creates a time, place, and means of connection to bring brothers and sisters across all generations at RCCC together. Churches including ours provide fellowship opportunities often based on age and life stage. Though we support the bonds between peers, we wanted to create a space for brothers and sisters to reach outside of those peer groups…reaching forward to learn from those ahead of them and reaching back to support those behind them.
The fellowship provides an opportunity for brothers and sisters to share their experiences and insights, offering wisdom and guidance for navigating the challenges of the Christian life (1 John 2; Titus 2). Our vision is that from this time of gathering together, the great commission will be cultivated and discipleship relationships will form (Matthew 28:18-20). By bridging generation gaps we desire to walk through life together providing edification, encouragement, and stirring up one another to love and good works (Hebrews 10:24-25).
We welcome a broad spectrum of our members from the oldest, down to those who are high school juniors or seniors.
